The smell of dressing wafting out from the oven. Remnants of cheesecake batter smeared across the counter top. Tripping over two Australian Shepherds lingering around for scraps. This is what I love about the holidays.
We haven’t started decorating our house like the rest of the neighborhood (read: crazies. It’s not even December yet.), but you can always tell that my family is ready for the season by how the kitchen looks. You can’t find a space to put anything anywhere.
